Source Code Academia is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Management Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students, ensuring a smooth admissions experience, and maintaining long-term engagement with our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
- Guide prospective students through admissions, enrollment, and course selection.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and enrolled students.
- Address student concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Contribute to student retention through effective relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Relationship Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Admissions, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
