SQA Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Position Overview
As a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer, you will collaborate with developers and the management team to maintain the performance, reliability, and functionality of our web platforms and internal systems. Your main responsibility will be to test applications, detect issues, and properly document them to help improve overall software quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out manual testing for web applications, portals, and internal platforms.
• Detect software defects, glitches, and usability problems and report them clearly.
• Develop and maintain test cases, testing scenarios, and documentation reports.
• Perform regression testing after updates, patches, or new releases.
• Work closely with the development team to confirm issue resolution.
• Ensure that all systems meet required quality and functional standards before release.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of manual testing practices and software testing techniques

Tools & Skills

• Ability to use Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools for documentation
• Strong capability in writing structured bug reports and maintaining test records

Personal Qualities

• Strong analytical mindset
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good problem-solving ability

Availability

Candidates must be able to work on-site at our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.

What We Offer

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 120,000 per month
