We’re Hiring – Experienced Online Qiraat Teacher

Source Code Academia is looking for a highly experienced Online Qiraat Teacher to join our academic team. This role is strictly for educators who have prior experience teaching Qiraat in a live online classroom environment.

If you are passionate about teaching Qiraat, comfortable with virtual classrooms, and experienced in delivering structured online lessons, we encourage you to apply.

Applicants without prior online teaching experience will NOT be considered. Please apply only if you have actual experience conducting live online classes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live online Qiraat classes according to the Source Code Academia Qiraat Curriculum.

Teach Qiraat with strong emphasis on technical knowledge and practical application, including correct Makharij-ul-Huroof, Tajweed rules, articulation points, recitation accuracy, rhythm, and recognized Qiraat methods, ensuring students develop proper Quranic recitation skills.

Prepare worksheets, assignments, and assessments and monitor student progress weekly.

Use interactive teaching techniques, visual aids, and engaging activities to keep students actively involved in the online classroom.

Track academic progress and submit weekly performance reports to the Head of Department (HOD).

Participate in monthly Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and internal faculty meetings.

Maintain a professional, structured, and interactive virtual learning environment.

Requirements

Proven experience teaching Qiraat online (mandatory).

Candidates without online teaching experience will not be shortlisted.

Degree in Islamic Studies, Qiraat, or a related field (B.Ed / M.Ed is a plus).

Strong command of Qiraat rules, Tajweed, and Quranic pronunciation with the ability to explain concepts clearly in an online setting.

Experience using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Google Sheets, and digital whiteboards.

Experience teaching different Qiraat styles or advanced Quran recitation is an advantage.
