Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support the day-to-day human resources operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee engagement, and general HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and candidate coordination.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and HR records.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee data.
  • Prepare HR letters, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, and other employment documents.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and workplace procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
  • Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communication.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
