We're looking for a talented Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving complex challenges. You'll work alongside designers, backend engineers, and product teams to build scalable mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain modern Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Transform UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect mobile experiences.
• Build scalable and maintainable code using modern architectural patterns.
• Integrate APIs, manage local storage, and ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Debug issues, resolve crashes, and continuously improve application stability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Contribute ideas that improve product quality, development workflows, and user satisfaction.

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong command of Dart and Flutter fundamentals.
• Experience building and publishing production-level mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of state management approaches such as Provider, Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture and clean coding principles.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write maintainable, reusable, and scalable code.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions).
• Push notifications and deep-linking implementation experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, or automated deployments.
• Experience with native Android/iOS integrations and platform channels.
• Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and mobile design systems.
