About the Role

Source Code Academia is looking for a creative and strategic Media Head to lead our Social Media, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams. You will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, ensuring high-quality content, and driving brand growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage Social Media Managers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors

* Plan and execute social media and content strategies

* Oversee content creation, design, and video production

* Ensure strong brand consistency across all platforms

* Manage content calendars and marketing campaigns

* Track performance metrics and optimize engagement

Requirements

* Experience managing creative teams

* Strong understanding of social media and digital branding

* Excellent leadership, creativity, and communication skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Languages: English & Urdu
