Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Source Code Academia is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for students and clients interacting with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Assist students and clients with information regarding courses, services, and processes
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
  • Provide professional and courteous support to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been properly resolved

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and customer issues efficiently
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred
  • Professional attitude and ability to work in a team environment
