We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day‑to‑day operations. You'll be the link between HR leadership and the entire team—ensuring smooth communication, efficient onboarding, accurate records, and strong employee support.
Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
Support onboarding—prepare orientation, job offers, HR documentation, and training schedules
Maintain employee records: attendance, leave, benefits, contact details, and personnel files
Assist with payroll tasks by tracking absences, bonuses, and leave data
Respond to staff HR queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR concerns
Organize HR events and internal training sessions; take meeting minutes and help coordinate surveys
Aid HR Manager in drafting internal policies and sending employee updates
Support grievance resolution and exit procedures as needed
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR data and processes
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or Public Administration
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
Excellent organizational aptitude with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Basic knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices
