We’re Hiring: Motion Graphic Designer

Join Source Code Academia as a Motion Graphic Designer and help build a visual narrative that inspires, educates, and connects with learners across the world.

You’ll be creating animated videos, motion-infused social content, explainer graphics, and video assets for YouTube, ads, and internal campaigns. This is your chance to make a creative impact at the intersection of design, motion, and purpose.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing motion graphics for videos, intros, and explainers
• Creating animated content for social media, reels, and YouTube
• Developing branded animations, transitions, and templates
• Collaborating with content creators, editors, and marketing teams
• Maintaining visual and brand consistency across all platforms
• Staying current with motion trends and animation tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in motion graphics or animation
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Strong understanding of timing, transitions, storytelling, and sound syncing
• Bonus: Skills in UI animations, 2D/3D animation, or typography-based motion
• A solid showreel or portfolio showcasing recent motion work
