7th October is going to go down in history as the day when the oppressed pushed back against the injustice of the oppressors.
It all started in the early 20th century when the British gave way for Zionists to settle in Palestine, who had a sole aim of establishing a Jewish State as proposed by Theodore Herzl in his book ‘Der Judenstaat’ (1896).
This led to many Jews, particularly from Europe to come and settle in Palestine. Britain had been complicit in the genocide since the very early stages, as it not only provided Zionist to carve out an independent enclave for itself in Palestine, but helped train them militarily. British soldiers such as Orde Wingate helped establish the Hagana. [1]
Hagana, which later became the IDF, was no less than a terrorist organisation, committed many massacres of innocent Palestinians to achieve their Zionist agenda. [2] This included the Nakabah where thousands of Palestinians were expelled from their homeland, and this continued even after David Ben-Gurion declared a new Zionist state in 1948, just like ISIS would go on to do in 2014.
Of course Palestinians kept fighting against this oppression since day one, and we still see them standing tall against the biggest oppressors of the 21st Century. 7th October was a decades long event waiting to happen, and Benjamin Netanyahu saw this as an opportunity to save himself from the bribery and fraud trail (Publisher’s Trial). To save himself from prison, he killed more than 67,000 Palestinians (as of 2025). [3]
At the end we must understand that the United States, or any western country for that matter is not sincere towards saving Palestinians lives. They let this happen, and they continue to do so, even if they claim to be wanting peace, it is just to save face as the oppressors are now out of control. The only solution lies in Muslims getting united and building themselves up to stand against the modern day bullies like how David stood up against Goliath.
