We are currently looking for a highly organized and dynamic Support Operations Manager to join our team. As the Support Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing support processes and workflows to ensure the efficient handling of support requests. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction through effective support operations management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement support strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline support operations and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the support team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Optimize support workflows, systems, and tools to enhance response time and resolution rate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Technical Team, and Communication Team, to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze support metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and resource allocation needs.
- Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate support delivery.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the support team, promoting a positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in support operations management and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in support operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
