EI is simply being aware of your own self and the people around you.
How do you know how aware you are?

To find the answer try answering yourself with the following questions.
1. How patient am I?
2. Am I a good listener?
3. Am I helpful towards others?
4. Do I have a positive influence around people?
5. Do people approach me for answers?
6. Do I feel understood?
7. Do people feel safe around me?
8. Am I motivated?
9. Am I in control of my emotions?
10. How expressive am I?
Ask yourself questions. Interrogate yourself. Asking questions is the first step towards knowledge and discovery or simply ''Initiating Change".
