Muslim Unity refers to sharing the same faith and supporting each other in upholding justice, peace and Islamic teachings. In the modern era the understanding of the global challenges are reflected as political conflicts, economic inequality and Islamophobic misrepresentations etc. These challenges, indeed, developed over time; the fall of Ottoman Caliphate lead the colonial fragmentation and political conflicts, during the same time stereotypical propaganda grew and thus misrepresenting Islam as “backward”. Consequently, the strong economic muslim empire also weakened under the colonial rule. However, the new development of Pak-Saudi Pact can empower the entire muslim world in many ways. This partnership may develop political and strategic unity and can form alliance against aggression; it can support global muslim causes like Gaza (Palestine) and Kashmir and other muslims oppressed worldwide. The intra-muslim economic projects can aid struggling Muslim nations. They can also protect muslim identity by voicing against Islamophobia. Thus, Pak-Saudi model can serve as an example for the muslim states and help in strengthening the Ummah.
