"Men are the makers of the present, but women are the makers of the future."
-Dr Israr Ahmed
This statement carries a powerful intellectual and psychological truth. Men may influence the world now, but women shape the minds, souls, and hearts of the next generation, who will inherit the future.
When a mother understands her responsibility, and invests herself fully in this role, she is not just raising her own children; she is indirectly raising an entire society, she is preparing the leaders, protectors, scholars of tomorrow and she is creating the mental frameworks of the next era. For tomorrow’s scholars, reformers, and warriors are all once helpless infants cradled in a mother’s arms. The worldview they inherit, the courage they learn, the compassion they embody, all of it finds its earliest roots in that relationship.
"Maa ke paas woh asal taqat hoti hai jo base set karti hai bache ki, Sirf aik bahadur maa chahiye, kyun ke buzdil maa hamesha darpok bacha paida kare gi." ~Sahil Adeem Adeem
This is why the most revolutionary investment a society can make is not only in the education of its men, but in the empowerment, dignity, and wisdom of its women. Because when you educate and strengthen a woman, you are not just changing her life, you are transforming the trajectory of generations.
The paradox of our society is that we have over-glorified the man’s public role and under-estimated the woman’s private role. Yet if you look at it carefully, the private always precedes the public. A child’s first identity, first concept of truth, first sense of security, comes not from the battlefield, marketplace, courtroom, nor from the university, but from the mother’s lap. This is where the unconscious mind is scripted.
