When we talk about why Muslims are divided, the blame usually goes to the West. Colonialism, American’s, and Europe’s all of that is true but there is another layer we often ignore. The Arab kingship, who fear losing their kingship and power, act as the first line of sabotage against any Muslim unity. This is the hidden order: it looks like our own brothers blocking us, but in reality, it works perfectly to keep the global system running the way the West wants.
The Kuala Lumpur Summit in 2019 showed this clearly. Imran Khan, with Mahathir Mohamad and Erdogan, wanted to create a new platform for Muslims, one that could talk about Kashmir, Palestine, Islamophobia (issues the OIC under Saudi leadership avoids). But Saudies reacted. Reports say they threatened Pakistan with pulling back billions in loans, cutting oil supplies, and even deporting millions of Pakistani workers. Imran Khan stepped back, saying he didn’t want division. On the surface it looked like a diplomatic choice. But the reality is, a hidden order is in action. Saudies sabotage the submit, not because of Islam, but because the kingship was threatened that any rising leadership/block with in Muslims world would threatened the kingship of Saudies and in doing that, they automatically served the Western interests. The West didn’t need to directly blackmail Pakistan the Arab kingship did it for them. This is how the order sustains itself.
