Work Mode: On-site
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 120,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including 1-hour break)
The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations and support the execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone who can manage recruitment, employee relations, HR processes, performance systems, and workplace culture with confidence and professionalism.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to hiring
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines
Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR compliance
Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
Performance Management
Assist in implementing KPIs and performance evaluation systems
Coordinate regular reviews and feedback cycles
Work with department heads to improve productivity and accountability
Employee Engagement & Culture
Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment
Support employees, address concerns, and assist in conflict resolution
Organize team engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communication
HR Reporting & Compliance
Maintain HR dashboards and prepare recruitment/performance reports
Ensure company policies align with legal and organizational standards
Provide HR insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA-HR preferred
3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in education, technology, or service-based organizations
Strong understanding of:
Talent acquisition and recruitment management
HR operations and employee relations
Performance management systems and KPI tracking
HR reporting and analytics
Communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
