Reflecting the Life from Surah Duha.

Introduction.

This is surah revealed after a pause in revelation. Prophet alaihisalam became distress and uncertain. So Allah revealed this Surah as a relief & hope.

How can we reflect.

This surah starts from word Duha which means morning brightness, that gives hope for starting new day. Morning brightness that gives shine to eyes.

(Scientist have discovered that morning sunshine is good for physical & mental health)

Then in next ayah in which Allah talks about night that is still and calm. That calmness make you peaceful & calm which is anti stress.

Then Allah is telling that He has not abandoned you. When we facing hardships in our life there is a time comes when we feel that Allah is with us when no one is there, we feel connected and supportive or Allah sent someone to support you and to guide you.

The next ayah talks about life of Hereafter which is more better than this worldly life. This is pure Hope for the believer who is tired from this world and people. The ayah to console heavy heart which is working for Allah and life of hereafter. This ayah puts smile to saddened face.

Then Allah is giving reassurance that He will give you and you will be satisfied. An ultimate relief for the Believer. This is something far more better than the wealth of whole universe. Alhamdulillah .

In next three ayahs Allah is reminding previous positions & then how he blessed you, when you are in need & seeking guidance. Which gives you more hope that all situations are in His hands & He will bless. This encourage gratitude & perspective.

Then onwards Allah put responsibility to help other 

Helping orphan. To be kind to orphans.

Don't turn away who is asking help. It will be anykind of help like help from money, time giving good advice relieving oppressed etc.

The ending of the surah is more beautiful that make us more grateful towards Allah. That encourages to spreading and share what Allah has given to you (money, time, health, power, intellegence, good advice etc) with gratitude & humility.

Conclusion

By reflecting our lives from this Surah we get Hope, reassurance, gratitude towards everything that Allah has given to us. The bad days or good days this encourage gratitude and humility.
