PAK-KSA MILITARY PACT- ADDITION OF NEW BLOCK IN OLD BUILDING
The year 2025 has witnessed some of the greatest political achievements for Pakistan, specially the 2nd and 3rd quarters.
The Indo-Pak conflict in early May this year, reminiscing the moments of joy, which was enough to revive the almost diminished dignity of Pakistan’s army, Operation Sindoor, has actually gained it and nailed it by 6-nil.
And now, the military allegiance between KSA and Pakistan in September when Middle East is going through political unrest. Both these events have highlighted the significance of the country within the region and around the globe.
The wonderful joint defense accord between KSA and Pakistan. Pakistan and KSA military alliance came into existence when Qatar was attacked by Israel.
Pakistan is the only Muslim majority nuclear power state, and its alliance with KSA, has also provided KSA a nuclear power shield. This unity has by all means marked the onset of a new era of gaining power and strength for the two countries.
Pakistan’s relation with KSA are not new and both countries have always cherished positive relationships throughout decades. Pakistan’s neighboring country, India, with whom we endure conflicting relationships, so, a bloc like this will provide a safe zone not only to Pakistan from all its rivalries, but also to KSA, specially from Israel, since, what Israel, has done and still doing, not only in Palestine, but also in other Middle East countries, such as Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Tunisia and Qatar.
The essential components of the pact are: to provide military support to KSA and vice versa; the aggression against either country will be considered an attack on both; all sorts of military support will be offered by the two, to each other.
The far-sightedness of this Islamic-Nato promises a bright future not only for Pak-KSA, but paves the way for other neighbouring countries to join the pact in future.
