If you say I am Pakistani, the person outside your culture judges you on the standards of Muhammad Ali Jinnah. In mind he creates a persona of him and you, and starts comparing.
Things get a little complicated and heavier in gravity when you say you are muslim. You represent an identity, the identity of MuhammadBinAbdullah SAW. You can take a hoodie with a company logo and deceive people around you that you belong to this company with zero action toward the company's vision. But not the owner of the company, he knows where to put you.
We claim to be part of a flank(Islam), and our standards of morality are close to negligible. As shit a one can talk, the more confident or sharp he is considered. We can’t fulfill basic requirements which are imposed for 7 year olds (Good character,taking care of people, Namaz,roza etc),imagine if these were all there after you turned 8/9 then what kind of responsibilities there would be on a 20 to 30 year old muslim.
If you claim to be the follower of the personality who affected multiple universes and realms at same time that's why titled (RehmatulilAllameen), then you should atleast affect this small planet. And if you want to live a normal life (only studying which benefits personal gains, chilling in life, marriage , kids and then relaxing till death) then you don't even need to be a human being for this, animals also do the same. And we claim to be muslim, which is the next level specie.
Just work on gaining competence then power through the field you are in, with the actual philosophy of Islam “Your purpose should be greater than your life”. and you can see the condition of muslims around the world. They are not suffering from Jews they are suffering from incompetent muslims(no power to do anything against it). We are in a state of War (Intellectual Warfare). You should be conscious of where you time, money and life is spent.
Take your life seriously.
