False Confidence

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
Whoever is given a fatwa (religious ruling) without knowledge, his sin is upon the one who issued it. And whoever acts without knowledge, his sin is upon him. (Sunan Abu Dawood, Hadith 3657).
Confident is a positive emotion that give the courage to take action, face challenges and growth. But when confident is not backed by knowledge and skill it becomes false confident. This emotion state can mislead people into believing they are more capable than they truly are.
Dopamine is associate with reward, motivation, pleasure, and reinforcement. It makes us feel good when we achieve something or anticipated a reward. High dopamine can fuel overconfidence because it enhances feelings of reward and anticipation.
Serotonin is maintaining hierarchy level with our goal which linked to mood, social behaviour, and sense of well-being.
Dopamine doesn’t care if your competence is real – it cares about the perception of reward because of false confident our Serotonin level get imbalance which effect our physical behaviour. We always live with anxiety, fear and depression.
In psychology, true growth happens when emotions like fear or doubt are not hidden under false confidence but used as signals to learn, adapt, and strengthen real ability.
